Individual Sessions
OFFERINGS
An individual art therapy session invites you to explore through the creative process using various art mediums.
You will be guided through this experience in a supportive space where there is no judgment.
The art therapy process allows your unconscious mind to take form so that meaning-making can occur.
Through reflecting on what emerges we can begin to explore other possibilities of being in the world.
Individual art therapy sessions are suitable for all age groups.
All art materials are included.
No prior art experience is required.
Group Sessions
I provide in-person and online specialised art-based group sessions for specific groups, which offer creative exploration based on a particular theme.
Sessions can be contained within a single workshop or delivered over a series.
These may be for your organisation, community, or school, and can potentially encourage self-care, self-regulation, improve relational skills, and enhance awareness and insight, depending on your goals.
Clinical Supervision Sessions (for therapists)
I have completed a HPCSA recognised Intermediate Supervision course specialising in Arts Therapy, facilitated by UK-based Sophia Condaris.
I offer in-person and online clinical supervision sessions for student and qualified arts therapists.
This is a supportive space where I work with students and professionals collaboratively through carefully considered reflection and shared objectives.
The aim of this supervision is to work towards providing clients with a safe, ethical, and competent service.
Workshops
I offer in-person and online art-based workshops based on particular themes.
See the Workshops page for more information.
